Refund Policy for Design Vault Studio

At DesignVault Studio, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction with our digital design services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for services provided. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under specific conditions, based on the status and scope of the project. Refunds are not available for completed services or after final approval from the client.

2. Project Deposit Refunds

DesignVault Studio typically requires a non-refundable deposit to initiate projects. This deposit covers initial research, planning, and setup time. In cases where a project is canceled before significant work has begun, we may consider a partial refund of the deposit at our discretion.

3. Refunds for Services in Progress

For services in progress, refunds will be assessed based on the percentage of work completed:
  • Less than 25% Complete: A partial refund may be issued, deducting costs for time and resources already expended.
  • 25% – 75% Complete: Partial refunds may be available, but they are adjusted to cover all work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • More than 75% Complete: Refunds will not be provided, as the majority of the work has been completed.

4. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
  • If the project is canceled due to delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide required materials or respond to feedback).
  • For services that have been fully completed, reviewed, and approved by the client.
  • For any third-party expenses, licenses, or resources purchased on behalf of the client, as these are non-refundable costs.

5. Revisions and Dissatisfaction

DesignVault Studio is committed to delivering high-quality work and offers reasonable revisions within the scope of the project to ensure client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a particular phase of the project, please let us know so we can address it promptly. Dissatisfaction with design direction or aesthetic preferences alone does not warrant a refund, as ample revision opportunities will be provided.

6. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your reasons and supporting documentation if applicable. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our team will respond within 10 business days with a resolution.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution, and clients will be informed of any expected delays.
